From the sultry strains of classic Jazz and Swing to the memorable tunes of Broadway and Pop Music, Patrice impresses audiences when singing the great American Standards with her rich, melodic 3-octave voice and vivacious personality.

During her thirty years on stage, she has performed in professional theatre, with her own dance band, and recently recorded her CD, At Last (with The Todd Sullivan Orchestra of New York City and a “dream team” of three arrangers, including 10-time Emmy award-winning arranger/composer, Lanny Meyers. Described as a blend of Jo Stafford, Karen Carpenter and Linda Ronstadt, Patrice has a multi-timbre, three octave vocal range. During her show, Making Musical Memories, Patrice stimulates the fond memories of her audience with unique arrangements of swing and jazz favorites, familiar Broadway tunes and contemporary pop music during which she demonstrates amazing versatility with her soprano, mezzo and alto voices.

Patrice’s first public exposure singing professionally was performing with Les Paul and his band at a very young age. An accomplished instrumentalist and actress, Patrice performed for regional and community theatres in Pennsylvania and Washington, D.C. Her experience in theatre and on the musical stage together with a humorous personality provides her with an exceptional ability to connect with audiences of all ages during her show with backup swing orchestra, quartet or recorded tracks.

Writing and producing her own musical compositions, Patrice has more than 25 years’ experience performing professionally throughout the East Coast. She studied professionally for 14 years as a Coloratura Soprano, and she has served as a music educator, drama coach and band director.

She has written, directed and performed in musical theater, and she has served as a musical director and stage director for theater and church productions. She was also a Cofounder and Executive Producer of a dinner theatre in the Washington, DC area.

She has performed with several jazz and variety bands, including her own band, Lady & The Tramps. Patrice created the Barclay Youth Ensemble for young musicians, and she maintained her own studio for private music and drama instruction for almost 30 years.

In addition to her active performance schedule, she often provides musical entertainment for senior retirement homes and hospitals. She has also recently performed with several stars of The Lawrence Welk Show. Singing and entertainging for audiences of all generations since the age of 9, she understands that an exciting musical performance should be an even remembered by all who attend.
