4 Faces of African American Music

In 4 Faces of American Music, the audience will enjoy a glimpse of famous African American vocalists and performers from long ago to the present day who have touched our lives in some meaningful way.

There is so much to be learned from history.  Through this program, we teach students how to receive history, learn from history and share history.  History can be most effectively taught by bringing it to life through music–the universal language we have all learned to love from the very first rhythmic beating of our mothers’ hearts.

History is life. Life is amazing. 4 Faces of African American Music is all of that while teaching important lessons through an entertaining and fun experience.

This brother and sister duo team delivers from the heart and soul. Stan “The Man” Heffner skillfully executes on the classic Hammond B3 organ as a songwriter, arranger, producer and performer.
